Terms of Use

Clinical AI Buyer Readiness. Effective October 10, 2026 (UTC). Version 1.0.

Who operates this service

VitaSignal, LLC, PO Box 1375, Stockbridge, GA 30281, United States. Contact: info@vitasignal.ai.

What the service is

Clinical AI Buyer Readiness is a private, unpublished preview that organizes material a submitting company supplies about its own clinical-AI product or use case into a structured readiness record. It is a documentation and diligence tool. It does not certify, validate, approve, or endorse products; it performs no regulatory, compliance, safety or clinical review; and it issues no proceed/pause style outcome.

Not professional advice

The service, including its generated records, questions and example content, is not legal, regulatory, clinical, security or procurement advice, and does not establish validation, compliance, deployment readiness, clinical utility, return on investment or buyer demand. Records state what was supplied, what is documented, and what remains open — nothing more.

Acceptable use

  • Do not enter protected health information, patient-level data or actual clinical content.
  • Do not enter confidential information you are not authorized to share.
  • Submit claims and evidence descriptions only for products you have the right to describe.
  • Do not attempt to access other accounts or use the preview to evaluate people rather than products.

Your responsibility for supplied material

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you supply. The service records material as supplied and does not independently verify it. Evidence states shown in a record are computed from the materials you provide by service rules, with the basis displayed in the record. Computed states are not independently verified facts about your product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. The preview is intended for evaluation by the submitting company and its authorized representatives.

Optional AI drafts

Requesting a draft sends the selected assessment's supplied context, claims and evidence-source descriptions through Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model. Do not send patient information or material you lack permission to share. This feature does not inspect underlying source documents, verify a claim or make an authorized decision.

Review any draft against its source facts. AI wording can be wrong or incomplete and is kept separate from computed evidence states and saved records. A changed input requires a new draft. Provider data terms, retention and processing locations are described in the Privacy Notice.

Retention and deletion

  • Account closure: workspace records (organizations, products, assessments, claims, evidence entries, change history and saved snapshots) are removed from the workspace immediately and held in a recovery archive for 30 days, during which VitaSignal can restore them on request. After 30 days the scheduled retention process purges the archive. Sign-in account removal is a separate administrator action after purge.
  • Contact messages are deleted automatically 12 months after receipt, or sooner on request.
  • Deletion and closure audit records, which contain counts and dates but not record content, are kept for 6 years and then deleted.
  • Provider backups are not purged by these processes. Removed data may remain in provider backups until they expire; backup retention for this account has not been confirmed. If a backup is ever restored, completed deletions will be re-applied before access is reopened.

Record export

The submitting account can download the current record as a dated JSON file containing claim/source links, source versions, evidence states and limitations. This does not promise other export formats, future availability or buyer-facing sharing.

Purchases, access and refunds

  • A Buyer Readiness Record costs $490 USD, one-time, for one product version and one use case. A new version or a different use case needs a new record. Paddle.com is the merchant of record, processes payment and issues receipts; Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
  • The purchase gives 12 months of edit access to that record, with unlimited edits and snapshots for the same version. After 12 months the record becomes read-only; saved snapshots and exports stay viewable while the account is open.
  • Email support at info@vitasignal.ai, with a reply within 2 business days. Expert review is not included; it is quoted separately per request.
  • Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, from the record page. A refunded record becomes read-only. After 14 days, refunds are at VitaSignal's discretion.
  • There is no subscription and no recurring charge to cancel.
  • The purchase buys organized evidence, identified gaps and a dated export. It does not buy certification, clinical validation, regulatory review or guaranteed hospital acceptance.

Availability and changes

Apart from the paid access above, the service is provided as-is, without any availability commitment. It may change or be discontinued at any time without notice, and stored records are not guaranteed to be preserved. Generated example content is fictional and provided for illustration only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VitaSignal, LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid VitaSignal for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. VitaSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made using records you supply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
