For clinical AI and digital health vendors
Prepare your clinical AI evidence for hospital review.
Organize product claims, connect supporting evidence and make unresolved gaps visible in a versioned Buyer Readiness Record.
A prepared record supports review. It does not establish clinical safety, local suitability or institutional approval.
No PHI, no patient-level data, no clinical advice. This is not certification, validation, regulatory review or endorsement.
See gaps before the buyer does
Every claim gets an explicit evidence state, so unresolved items and missing sources are visible before a diligence call.
Prepare for diligence questions
A prioritised list of questions health systems may ask, tied to the claims and sources they relate to.
Show what changed, and when
Versioned snapshots record what you supplied at each conversation and flag claims affected by a product change.
Keep local decisions separate
Items only a buying health system can settle are labelled as local determinations, not treated as gaps you must close.
How it works
- 1
Add your product
Describe one clinical AI product and its intended use. No patient data.
- 2
Record your sources
Record your claims and describe the non-PHI sources supplied for them.
- 3
Review your evidence record
See evidence states, open diligence questions and local determinations, then save versioned snapshots.

Common questions
Is this a certification or approval?
No. The record organises what you supply. It does not certify, validate, approve or endorse a product, and it gives no proceed/pause style outcome.
Do you store patient data?
Do not enter PHI or patient-level data. This preview is intended only for shareable, non-PHI product information. This input policy is not a guarantee that prohibited information cannot be entered or stored.
Who can see my record?
Records are intended for the account owner. Authorized VitaSignal administrators may access information needed for privacy requests and purchase operations. This private preview has not completed verification of its new purchase, refund and account-recovery workflows. Do not enter confidential or patient information.
Is there a score?
No composite score. Each claim carries one of seven evidence states derived from supplied information. These states do not establish independent verification or institutional approval.
Can I delete my data?
You can request deletion of an assessment. Authorized administrators review eligible requests and record completed deletions in an audit entry. Product and organization records, audit entries, provider backups and downloaded copies are separate; removal of every copy has not been established.
About VitaSignal
VitaSignal, LLC is a research-stage clinical AI and documentation-intelligence company founded and led by Dr. Alexis Collier, a clinical AI researcher, healthcare executive, educator, and author. Her work spans healthcare administration, documentation intelligence, data quality, and responsible AI evaluation, with a single aim: a higher standard of proof before an AI-enabled tool influences care.
Dr. Collier holds a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) and an MHA, completed the NIH AIM-AHEAD CLINAQ fellowship in health equity research, and is the author of Nursing and the Algorithm (Routledge / Productivity Press). VitaSignal applies that research to a bounded, software-enabled evaluation of one named use case at a time, making the uncertainties visible before a decision is made.
